D. Analyze In reviewing the assessment, the 25-year-old female patient has no current health complaints. Current vital signs are within normal limits of the patient. Based on her height and weight her BMI is above 30 which would make her obese. Suggestions on proper diet and nutrition and adding more activity will be made to the patient. Patient has history of Tuberculosis; however, no current signs or symptoms are present nor require further testing.
