Needs assessment summary The demographic assessment revealed the population of Sentinel City to be 663, has been an increase of occupancy of 9.6% over the last 2 years. The population is made up of 7.4% under the age of 5,21.7% under the age of 18, 10.5% 65 and over. 80% of the population is white while 10.4% is black. There are several other races that occupy Sentinel City at a much smaller percentage;namely Hispanic, American Indian, Alaskan native, native Hawaiian and Pacific islanders.
