Communication is very important in today's world. The objective of communication is to convey information in a way that it is clearly understood and in a suitable manner. Conveying data includes both the person sending the message and the person receiving the message. Communication may sometimes be misconstrued, conveyed with misunderstanding and often misused (Guetzkow and Simon, 2005).
