What is your willingness-to-listen score? What feedback did you receive from the quiz? My willingness to listen score is a 57 out of 75. My feedback told me that one of the most important features of active listening is to avoid interrupting the speaker. I need to learn to give the other person an opportunity to complete their message and allow a brief pause before responding. This will show them that Im thinking carefully about what the speaker has said. It also avoids the error of second guessing what the speaker is about to say.
