Because we cannot choose with whom we work for in every instance, it is likely that we have worked with or for someone who has annoyed us. The most common annoying types are the interrupter, the know-it-all, the slacker, the grump, the speakerphone lover, and the blabbermouth. Over the years, one or many have annoyed us to complete frustration especially if we do not know how to deal with these annoyances. If we fail to let them know how they are affecting us and maybe the entire work group, center or office then how will they know to stop. They will not.
