To notify my manager that my team did not reach required financial goals for the quarter to be eligible for bonuses.

To notify all my teammates that we did not deliver the financial goals for the quarter, so therefore will not be receiving are bonuses for this quarter.

To notify my travel agent that I will have to cancel my trip to Europe, because of an unexpected business matter.
