What are three controls that would be effective in protecting health care information? For each item, describe the risk in your own terms and how the controls address that risk. Also, discuss how applicable the same risks and controls are to other organizations.

There are many controls that can be taken to secure patient healthcare information. Some controls are ordered by government policy and others are performed by healthcare organizations to better the safeguard patients and personal health information. Some of these areas may include administrative safeguards, physical safeguards, and technical safeguards.
