Introduction

The following memo is designed to provide our Management Team Employee's and relevant stockholders the company's plan to start implementing Customer Relation Software throughout the company. It will be explained in the following memo how this software will help us to be more competitive within the global market. Also this software will save the company monies and generate more sales by reducing some of the current redundancy we now have in our sales divisions. Once all relevant personal is trained there we be one hundred percent (100%) compliance throughout our company.
