WEEK 9 Capstone DQ

As far as my career choice I would love to be in the homicide field. I love trying to solve things and I think it will give me a sense of pride knowing I can solve stuff. I have spoken with several officers in what it takes to become a homicide detective and I have never really gotten a straight answer. I would like to know more about what it takes to be a homicide detective and what skills I will need to have before I go into the field. As far as learning more about that field I am just going to continue to ask other officers already serving and see what they have to say and I will also do some research online and read up about that career field.
