What aspect of prison life for women is significantly

different from that of prison life for men? How has this aspect of prison life influenced the

prisoners' social interactions? Explain your rationale.

Life is different in prison today for women compared to men in the way that a woman are treated.. I have gathered both from personal experience as well as book knowledge that women seem to be treated in a rough way by guards during their incarceration. This has changed more so since guards have changed from being male to females mostly. However, in the past male guards did have a tendency to harass female inmates in a sexual way.
