Introduction

The world is full of changes; people change, vehicles change, fashion changes, and crime changes. Criminals look for new and elaborate ways to commit crimes and get away with it. Law enforcement agencies are constantly adapting and adopting new means to stay one step ahead of those that commit crime. Technology and law enforcement have gone hand in hand and will continue to do so for many years to come.
