Prosecutor

A prosecutor uses the information that the police provide to prove to the jury and/or judge that the accused is guilty.

It is important that the prosecutors to fulfill their duties adequately because if not there would be numerous guilty people out on streets who would not face consequences for breaking the law.

Defense attorney's represent the accused and provide information to the jury or/and judge to prove their client is innocent.
