For the purpose of this assignment,therewill bediscussions and evaluations ofthe diverse roles of judges, prosecutors, defense counsel, and other courtroom how they are both independent and mutually interdependentas well as the benefits and pitfalls of such relationships while including a discussion of ethical and legal standards applicable to the various participants. Finally a discussion onhow they impact the criminal justice system and discuss the effect they havein shaping both substantive law and procedural law.
