How does the video you selected support a social structure theory?

Social structural perspective is a sociological perspective that emphasizes how a person's social location in society influences their behavior. This can be differentiated from psychological theories, which look at personality motivation reasons individuals might cause crimes. Social structure looks more at the person's characteristics in a group might cause crime. For instance, social structure might be applied to your neighborhood. As a neighborhood is a criminological neighborhood, the resiidents will be going to have criminological tendencies according to social structure theory. The selected video supports the social structure theory in many ways. It begins by discussing the smuggler in charge of taking people across the border. Most smugglers leave in very poor areas on border towns in Mexico, they are raised around violence and involved in gang activities that work along with the cartels. Smugglers not only traffic humans, they also traffic drugs. When immigrants do not have money to cross or simply they want to cross, they will have to take drugs with them or they will not be allowed to cross. Smugglers continue their operations because there is a demand for their occupation. In present years it has been harder to cross the border because of the dedicated enforcement that the United States is giving to protecting its borders. Smugglers know this and raise their fees to fund more illegal operations...
