Assignment three

To almost many computer professionals the actions of hackers are despicable and justify punishment. I fully agree that a hacker who's intention is to commit a criminal offense, should be prosecuted. One example of criminal hacker is Kevin Mitnick

Kevin Mitnick is perhaps synonymous with Hacker. The Department of Justice still refers to him as "the most wanted computer criminal in United States history." His accomplishments were memorialized into two Hollywood movies: Takedown and Freedom Downtime.
