Introduction

The Broadway Caf which is a family inherited coffee shop located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida by Essica Barnabas . The business specializes mainly in different types of coffees, teas, a full service bakery, and homemade sandwiches, soups, and salads. As the caf is located in downtown , It was once a hotspot for many years but for the past five years the business has been declining. Although Mr .Barnabas had a good business in his time, it appears as though new and improves methods needed to be in place to keep the business thriving. Mr. Barnabas had acquired a good knowledge about the coffee business and unfortunately passed way and he was unable to share the information with his successor (Ms Essica Barnabas ).
