Business Requirements

Huffman Trucking has identified an upgraded and expanded internal communication system as an urgent business need that will contribute to long term profitability and competitiveness. In order to properly develop and implement such a system, Huffman Trucking has developed a list of business requirements for the new system.

The system must be capable of providing and managing communications between all of the vehicles and all hubs and locations. Any system that is not comprehensive enough to be capable of company-wide communication will not meet Huffman Trucking's needs.
