Do you have any criticism of his talk or his plan for a healthier population & planet?

Mark Bittmans talk and plan for a healthier population and planet is very knowledgeable. I think he states many good points and proposes a great plan: Less meat, less junk, more plants and real food! I believe there definitely needs to be a change in the typical American diet because it often leads to chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. It also affects our planet because it creates widespread environmental damage and overuse of resources.
