Developing a Thesis Statement

Even though it is illegal to cross the US border without proper documentation should this give us the right to stop immigrants coming to this country, considering they are the ones who gladly take low paying jobs most Americans do not want and keep our farmers, the heart of America flourishing.

I will use information found on several sites concerning the way illegals enter the US, why they enter and what they hope to accomplish once they are here. On the other side I will use government statistics on how many illegals enter per year, where they are most commonly found, and the cost to try and keep them out.
