B1. (Case #403) Applying Momentum While Learning and Practicing the Vertical Jump The teacher in this video used demonstration learning and instructing with using their own bodies. The class is held in a gym and it allows the students to have the space and room needed for the lesson. The teacher demonstrates a vertical jump and how to use your whole body and has the students go through the steps of jumping.
