Jacqueline Spence Task 1: Observing Bioreactions

About 7 years ago, I was working at a small branch of a major bank. There were a few customers in line, and I was working with one other employee on the teller line. I was helping one customer at the counter. Because it was such a small branch, it wasnt all that loud. We usually had the radio on playing music in the background. I was helping this one customer who was trying to pay a bill but didnt have the account number or an ID with her. All she could provide me with was her name, but when I found her profile, she had multiple accounts/mortgages/lines of credit, etc. At this time, the bank was getting much stricter in their security and even requiring an ID and/or account numbers, even if customers werent taking money out...
