A1. Employees Rights and Responsibilities

1. Give your employer your best possible you. An employer expects their employee to be focused when performing their job duties to the best of their ability as well as being honest and ethical.

2. Be prepared to change when the job responsibilities change. In any position, the job atmosphere as well as the necessities of the job can change at any given moment. For example, if there is an increase in work production and/or revenue, new positions may be created and/or the current positions have added duties added to it. An employee must be prepared to adjust in those changes.

3. Disclose any wrongdoing and/or unethical practices....
