1. Corporate Bonus Policy: This policy is aimed at controlling the types and amounts of bonuses paid out to salaried employees. Funds diverted from excessive bonus payouts to be inserted into TechFite, USAs Employee Payroll budget. (based on analysis of payouts over the 3 financial years prior to policy implementation).
2. Budget Amendment Policy: The Budget Amendment Policy establishes a quarterly review of factory budgets to ensure funds are being utilized appropriately.
