A. Corporate Policies My three policies for Techfite are as follows.

1. Techfite wants its employees to develop both professionally and personally. A tuition reimbursement program will be available for any employee looking to further their education via college or trade school. Techfite will cover 100% tuition for up to 4 years at any state university/college or trade school.
2. Techfite wants to ensure that all employees are compensated fairly. A fair and equitable bonus policy will be implemented to ensure all employees receive fair bonuses. Additionally, all employees will be guaranteed at least 40 hours per week to ensure they are full time. 3....
