A. Corporate Policies TechFite is committed to employee growth in the workplace by encouraging on-going training to increase our employees job development skills and ensure that they are in a position to advance to leadership when the opportunities arise. The second corporate policy is that TechFite encourages our employees to share their ideas and to assist in the evolution of our products and to contribute in the corporate decision making process. The third policy is establishing a policy of corporate social responsibility, which will enable TechFite to become actively involved in the community through local sponsorships, updating and improving infrastructure, and youth programs.
