A. Corporate Policies TechFite will classify all those working 30 hours or more per week as full-time employees. Each employee will be eligible after 1 year for a merit increase which will be a percentage between 2%-5% based on performance evaluations. TechFite will offer those employees classified as full-time, working 30 hours or more, with full medical benefits. Medical benefits will include health, dental, vision along with Paid Time Off.
