A- Organizational Culture: EZ-Pleeze is a United States based company, founded in the early 2000s by a produce farmer. Based in Statestown, Illinois the company provides corn and potato products. Their organizational culture can be described as both an adhocracy and market because they are willing to take risks, adapt, are results oriented and customer driven. They have shown this by investing in their technology to adapt to consumers needs and wants.
