A. Classroom Management Philosophy My main goal in my classroom is to have an open learning environment. I want all of my students to feel loved and accepted. In my classroom we will support each other and never bring other students down. It will be a positive atmosphere and a safe environment. As for a philosophy statement, the best to describe my classroom would be, within the reward system, students will be self disciplined attempting to retain their rewards.
