B1.1: Background or Introduction This qualitative article is a study that compares the different perspectives of Infection control professionals (ICP) and frontline staff. A total of 76 informants were interviewed, 50 frontline nurses and 26 ICP. Those interviews are coded and then the results are compiled. The coded themes and subthemes are then placed into a table which aids in breaking down the different outlooks from each representative group. These comparisons make it possible to see the importance and weight of each theme. Using that information, the article believes one can make implementing a CLABSI initiative successful.
