STATEMENT OF PROBLEM AND PURPOSE Alliah Construction company recently had three workplace accidents. Based on the OSHA inspectors findings, Alliah has a lot of room for improvement regarding best safety practices. To help make a difference and improve safety, it is best to develop a training and development program. The purpose of this training is to help solve the companys problem regarding the use of safety equipment, availability of safety equipment and maintenance of occupational injury and illness records.
