The problem is lack of elderly who are vaccinated in Kitsap County, affecting both men and women greater than or equal to 65 years of age that are both of low socioeconomic status, related to lack of knowledge about importance or cost of vaccines, as evidenced by a 20% decrease in vaccinations administered in the last year in Kitsap County.
