Demographics Assessment Sentinel City is simulation city tool utilized for community health to show disparities throughout towns and different cost of living. The city has four diverse neighborhoods; Acer Tech Center, Casper Park District, Industrial Heights and Nightingale Square. The total population for Sentinel City is 663,862. Casper Park District has the highest population total of 352,643 with the lowest total population city in Industrial Heights of 38,855.
