B. Assessment of Needs and Risks Demographic Assessment: Sentinel City is a simulation community that this paper is based on after being used as a tool to evaluate and assess community needs. The information in this paper has been obtained through my observations of the city simulation while walking and riding the bus. Sentinel City has an overall population of 663,862 (Sentinel City, 2018). The city has four neighborhoods. They are Casper Park District, Acer Tech Center, Nightingale Square, and Industrial Heights.
