A- Business Situation I am a manager in ABC healthcare and managing SAP team for all HR modules. ABC healthcare is evaluating whether the SAP HR team of 8 members will have enough bandwidth to handle a new time system implementation for the coming year 2018. The ideal bandwidth will be 3 fulltime members for this implementation. This analysis will identify how many number of new resources needed on which month and this will guide on hiring consultants or temporary workers based on need. If we can utilize our existing resources fully or partly then we will save the consulting cost which is normally double the price of fulltime or part time resource.
