ETHICAL TRAITS I have been fortunate enough to work with several leaders who exhibit exemplary ethical conduct, the one who stands out to me the most is my current boss, Jamie Neal, who is the President of Knox County Chamber of Commerce, and has been for the past two years. Jamie began at the Chamber in 2017 after they fired their last Chamber President on account of some unethical behavior, resulting in an employee stealing over 40,000. From the start, Jamie had to prove to the current members of the Chamber that she was trustworthy and wanted to help grow the Chamber.
