Ethics is a branch of Philosophy that involves systemizing, defending, and recommending concepts of right and wrong conduct, but what is Ethics? According to Wikipedia, Ethics is defined as the moral principles that govern a persons behavior or the conducting of an activity. If you ask 10 people, they might know the concept of ethics, but asked to identify what makes someone ethical and a good leader, and there could be 10 different responses. Thus, the question arises: What makes a person ethical? Is it their instincts, their upbringing, or is it the people who inspire them?
