C200 Task 2: Leadership Self-Evaluation

Seven Habits Profile Evaluation The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People profile rendered results that were not completely shocking to me. There are areas in my own style of leadership that I have identified as areas to work on and completing this profile just seemed to further verify my previous thoughts. The Category 3 being proactive seemed to be the category where I scored the highest out of all nine categories. I am a firm believer that the main factor of success in ones life is personal responsibility and that you get what you put into anything.
