A. Leveraging Technology This is how I believe leveraging an IS solution for Soliel will help to achieve operational efficiency. An HR software suite would help to more effectively keep track of the rapidly expanding Human Resources department. The expansion of the company has outgrown the ability of the current members of HR to effectively keep up with the demands.
