Course Code: C721 A. Discuss the need for change for the company in the scenario using either the systems contingency model or the organizational life cycle model. After reviewing the current state of affairs within the company I have determined that based on Organizational Life-Cycle Model, our company is in Stage 2, or the Growth through direction stage.
