A). The most ethical leader I have come in contact with is Martin Mongiello, who is my husband; the main traits that I have seen him demonstrate is fairness and honesty. Im inspired by his treatment of others on almost a daily basis. There are many examples of his fairness; he is open to the ideas of others and their input if it is from the newest least experienced person on his team or the most senior staff member. This trait was a challenging standard to uphold, being much of his work life was in the Navy; the United States military is very well-noted for having a seniority-based system.
