The logic for choosing your two zip codes (work location, family location, good schools, etc...)

The obvious logic in choosing the zip code (11238) in which I currently live, is born of convenience and familiarity. The address 345 Clinton Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11238 is two blocks away from my present home and is close to my job, school, friends, and family. Choosing a zip code in Riverdale New Jersey (07457) was simply a matter of satisfying the requirements of this assignment. The location was more than 20 miles away, and both properties (Clinton Hill Co-Ops and the Grande on Sanctuary offered townhomes for sale, that were extremely similar in structure size, land size, year built, and amenities offered.
