One of the best ways to improve the management of human resources in my company would have to be with the performance and appraisal system. I feel that if employees are giving 110% to the company they need to be rewarded for it. The areas for rewards to an employee are limitless, however they do have boundaries. Giving a pay raise for instance is a good way to reward an employee for their performance, there is also the idea of training that employee for a supervisor's position. This would have a great impact on the company, instead of hiring outside supervisors that might have no idea of what is going on this employee does and is already trained.
