Can a foreign acquisition target be assessed like any other asset? Provide your argument as to why or why not.

As with many companies when they start to grow the next step is to expand into the foreign market.  As far as a foreign acquisition target can be assessed like any other asset I believe it depends on the company itself.  Some targeted companies can be assessed and some cannot.  The financial worth of a company whether is local or foreign can be financial target is cased upon that company cash flow to the MCN.  Some targets may continue to run their business the same way they did before entering a  foreign market in which their cash flow may not change significantly.
