Abstract

Training needs analysis is a systematic method for determining what caused performance to be less than expected or required (Blanchard & Thacker, 2010). When one thinks of training needs analysis, one wants to know what exactly the company needs for the future. There is a time and place to look at needed KSA's and there is a need to look at performance levels and what they need to be and what training is needed. Then it is possible for them to decide what type of training they need and why.
