Whenever a key component of any product is removed major changes must be implemented to sustain or increase that products performance. In the case of Apple, with Apple representing the product and Steve Jobs an integral piece of that product. Jobs being removed from the equation everything that he contributed to the success of that product has to be replace in order for Apple to maintain the culture of success that they are accustom to. The goal of this paper is to evaluate and determine if Apple can sustain or surpass their record of successful after the death of Steve Jobs.
