Leading and Managing are said to be a part of continuum. They are different in many ways, as the personality styles of the beholders, their beliefs about job and work, their perceptions and views of goals. While managing any project Managers are inclined to be rational and concentrate on goals, availability of resources, Conversely Leading a task involves risk, creativity and an excellent passion. Managing usually involves policies, strategies and predefined methods. Whereas in leading problems are looked and solved with creativity and motivating people to take excel towards the same.
