The organization I work for is likely to make changes with its organization. The changes will have a definite impact upon key stakeholders. There are several types of management approaches that could be used to make these changes. There are steps and actions done using this approach could minimize adverse impact on the employees and the organization. Over all, change will decrease expenses, increase profits and improve quality within the organization.
