In this assignment you are asked to discuss how the intersection of external and internal forces impact corporate success. In the first step, please develop a conceptual frame for one case study from the Hill and Jones textbook.

In the second step, take the company and compare and contrast a similar company from within that same industry that has gone bankrupt. Using information from this module's academic articles, film, and textbook, discuss why one company succeeded and the other failed. Focus on the notions of external and internal environment and draw a conclusion which discusses the implications of your findings for managers and corporate stakeholders.
