Starbucks Business Strategy

The biggest problems facing Starbucks is that it is not doing very well outside of the United States. Over 70% of all of Starbucks' revenue comes from the United States, which means that Starbucks is getting less than 30% of its revenue from the rest of the world. (SWOT Analysis) Starbucks has been trying to break into the markets around the world, but has not been extremely successful in this venture. If Starbucks cannot improve its revenue streams from the rest of the world, then they risk losing out on a lot of profit, and possibly not being able to afford to operate in other countries outside of the United States.
