Introduction

In the business world there is a lot at stake when a company wants people to invest in them. One of the most important things a possible investor wants to know is how the company is doing financially. In order for this to happen the company will have to publish their financial records for the public to see. This is the documentation that people use to see if the company is worth investing in or not. The possible investor can only view this information and trust that it is correct. The problem with that is that any company can post information and pretend that it is true. This would be impossible for a person to look at and believe that it is false information.
